How To Request Account Deletion
To delete your CryptoBot account and associated data, send an email to:

After verification, we will delete or anonymize:
- Account profile information.
- Authentication records where deletion is permitted.
- Connected exchange API credentials.
- Portfolio snapshots and trading-related app records where deletion is permitted.
- Strategy settings, alerts, webhook settings and paper-trading records.
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where required for:
- Security and fraud prevention.
- Legal, tax, accounting or compliance obligations.
- Dispute resolution.
- Audit logs and backups for a limited period.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or security review.
In-App Deletion
If the App provides an in-app account deletion option, you may also use that option from Account or Settings. This web page remains available for users who cannot access the App.
