CryptoBot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of CryptoBot (the "App") provided by zhujie.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use CryptoBot. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you.
2. Non-Custodial Service
CryptoBot is a non-custodial crypto portfolio, alert and strategy research assistant. CryptoBot does not custody funds, does not hold private keys, does not provide a cryptocurrency wallet, does not operate a cryptocurrency exchange, and does not support withdrawals.
3. No Investment Advice
CryptoBot does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice. Any analysis, alert, strategy, AI output, backtest, signal or automation is provided for informational and operational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. Risk
Crypto assets are volatile and trading may result in partial or total loss of funds. Automated strategies, AI analysis, backtests and historical performance do not guarantee future results. You use CryptoBot at your own risk.
5. Exchange Accounts and API Keys
You are responsible for your own third-party exchange accounts and API keys. You should not enable withdrawal permissions. CryptoBot may reject or warn about API keys that appear to include withdrawal permissions.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App where it is illegal or restricted.
- Use the App for market manipulation, fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the App.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
7. Subscriptions
If paid subscriptions are offered in the Google Play version, purchases for digital app features must be made through Google Play Billing unless an exception applies. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal and cancellation rules will be shown before purchase.
8. Availability
The App may be unavailable, delayed or inaccurate due to market data issues, exchange API outages, network problems, maintenance, third-party provider issues or other events. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, zhujie is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, consequential damages or losses caused by exchange outages, API errors, market volatility, user settings, strategy behavior, AI output or third-party services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, use the App unlawfully or if continued service is not commercially or legally feasible.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
