1. Crypto Trading Is High Risk

Crypto assets are highly volatile. Prices can change rapidly and may become illiquid. You may lose some or all of your funds.

2. No Guaranteed Returns

CryptoBot does not guarantee profits, returns, accuracy, execution quality or future performance. Backtests, historical results, simulated results and AI outputs do not predict or guarantee future results.

3. No Investment Advice

CryptoBot does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Any information, alert, strategy, AI output or analysis is for informational and operational purposes only.

4. Automated and API-Based Trading Risk

If live trading is enabled, orders may be placed through user-authorized exchange APIs. Automated systems can behave unexpectedly due to user settings, exchange outages, software errors, market volatility, network issues, rate limits, stale data or incorrect API permissions.

5. Leverage and Contract Risk

Leveraged, margin, futures, perpetual swap or contract trading can amplify gains and losses. Liquidation may occur quickly. These products may be restricted or illegal in some jurisdictions.

6. Exchange and Third-Party Risk

CryptoBot relies on third-party exchanges, market data providers, cloud providers, AI providers and notification providers. Failures, delays, incorrect data or outages from third parties may affect the App.

7. Non-Custodial Model

CryptoBot does not custody user funds, does not hold private keys, does not provide a wallet and does not support withdrawals. Users are responsible for the safety of their exchange accounts, API keys, passwords and two-factor authentication.

8. Jurisdictional Restrictions

Crypto trading and related tools may be restricted in your country or region. You are responsible for confirming that your use of CryptoBot is lawful where you live or trade.

9. Use Paper Trading First

Users should test strategies in paper mode and understand all settings before enabling any live execution.

10. Acceptance

By using CryptoBot, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

CryptoBot is non-custodial and does not provide investment advice.
